The Company

Timmins Group Ltd are a unique family run business based in Manchester and currently carried out work throughout the UK including Wales and Scotland.

Originally formed from a small independent business, over the past 25 years our team has carried out many different projects ranging from minor building works, conservation works (restoration of listed properties and maintenance of religious and public buildings), to large scale project works carried out on long term framework agreements with numerous blue chip clients within the retail, public,  private, and commercial sectors.

We have added reactive and pre-planned maintenance to the services we provide to our clients.

Timmins Group are Firas accredited to carry out surveys, to maintain and to install timber fire door systems and to certificate on completion. This is particularly important as we work in education, local and civil government and office environments which are required to carry out regular fire door maintenance.

Timmins Group are BMTRADA approved to carry out passive fire protection and are members of the Association of Specialist Fire Protection, we can carry out surveys and installations to make sure your buildings are compliant with legislation regarding breaches to floors, walls and ceilings caused by data, heating & plumbing and M&E installation.

Harry has provided the main inspiration for the business drive and has been involved in its development from day one. Harry is responsible for the strategic development of the H Timmins Group activities as a whole and the group benefits from his business acumen which has been gained from more than 30 years experience in the industry.

Jayne Timmins

Jayne provides support to the company in all matters relating to finances and with the help of our in-house accountancy consultant directs the purchase, sales and QS teams in relation to all commercial decisions.

Lauren Timmins

Lauren is responsible for accountancy, invoicing, tax & VAT matters and HR requirements and is a vital cog within the company. Lauren has been with us since leaving university.

Craig Beaver

Craig is a time served joiner who has 27 years experience in the industry. Since he started at Timmins Group he progressed from Site Manager to the current role of Contracts Manager. He is now a FDIS Fire Door Inspector, Firas timber fire door qualified surveyor & a BMTRADA qualified trainer and surveyor in passive fire protection in fire rated cavity barriers and sealants.

Daniel Holstenberg

Daniel is a time served joiner who has progressed to managing small and largescaled projects. He is responsible for surveying, pricing and organising and ordering materials. He is also responsible for scheduling works in. Daniel is Exova BMTRADA certified to survey, inspect and certify Timber Fire Door approved repair techniques. As well as training the operatives to carry out the remedial works.

Christopher Leitch

Christopher like Daniel manages small and large scaled projects. Under his remit he is also oversees the Heating and Ventilating side of the business.

Julie Hibbert

Julie is responsible for organising and scheduling reactive and pre-planned maintenance works. Other responsibilities include setting up electronic site files and material procurement.
